  • 2 cups Frozen Pineapple Chunks
  • 6 cups Coconut Water

  • 1/2 cup Fresh Lemon Juice (from 2 large lemons)
  • 4 tablespoons Chia Seeds

Instructions

  1. Prep Your Ingredients: Wash your spinach thoroughly, peel and chop the ginger, and squeeze the lemons for juice.
  2. Add the Spinach: Toss your fresh spinach into the blender.
  3. Incorporate the Fruits: Add the ripe bananas and frozen pineapple chunks.
  4. Pour in the Coconut Water: Add the coconut water to the blender.
  5. Add Ginger and Lemon Juice: Pop in the ginger pieces and squeeze in the fresh lemon juice.
  6. Add Chia Seeds: Finally, add the chia seeds to the blender.
