  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

  • 46 ice cubes
  • Pinch of cinnamon (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by peeling the banana and slicing it if it’s fresh.
  2. Add the banana and peanut butter to a blender.
  3. Pour in the milk of your choice.
  4. Scoop in the Greek yogurt.
  5. Drizzle in the honey or maple syrup if you desire extra sweetness.
  6. Add the vanilla extract and toss in your ice cubes.
  7. Blend until smooth and creamy, about 30 seconds.
  8. Taste and adjust sweetness if needed.
