  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes
  • 1/2 red onion

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Avocados: Cut the avocados, remove the pit, scoop the flesh into a bowl, and chop it into bite-sized pieces.
  2. Chop the Cherry Tomatoes: Halve the cherry tomatoes and toss them into the bowl with the avocado.
  3. Dice the Red Onion: Thinly slice the red onion and add it to the bowl.
