Banana-Free Chocolate Raspberry Smoothie Bowl

A deliciously refreshing and guilt-free smoothie bowl that combines chocolate and raspberry flavors, all while being completely banana-free.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup cubed and frozen zucchini or cauliflower
  • Handful of ice cubes or frozen non-dairy milk
  • 1/2 cup frozen raspberries (or blueberries)
  • 1 serving vegan chocolate protein powder
  • 23 tbsp cacao powder
  • 1 tbsp ground flax seeds or chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp vanilla powder (optional)
  • 1/21 cup non-dairy milk

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by gathering everything on the counter.
  2. Add the frozen zucchini or cauliflower into your high-speed blender.
  3. Throw in a handful of ice cubes or your frozen non-dairy milk.
  4. Pour in your frozen raspberries.
  5. Add in your vegan chocolate protein powder and cacao powder.
  6. Sprinkle in the ground flax or chia seeds, then add your vanilla extract and vanilla powder.
  7. Blend on high until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  8. Taste test and adjust sweetness or chocolate flavor as desired.
  9. Pour your smoothie into a bowl and get creative with toppings.

Notes

You can make this ahead of time and store it in the fridge for up to 24 hours. The texture may change slightly; blend again before serving.
