A delicious and creamy blend of bananas, peanut butter, and milk, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

  • 2 Tablespoons Peanut Butter
  • 1/2 Cup Milk (Dairy or Non-Dairy)
  • 1/4 Cup Greek Yogurt (Optional)
  • 1 Teaspoon Honey or Maple Syrup (Optional)
  • 34 Ice Cubes

Instructions

  1. Prep the ingredients by peeling the banana and slicing it into chunks.
  2. Combine in a blender the banana chunks, peanut butter, milk, Greek yogurt (if using), and honey or maple syrup (if desired).
  3. Add ice cubes for a chilled consistency.
  4. Blend until smooth, about 30 seconds.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  6. Serve in your favorite glass, optionally garnishing with extra peanut butter or banana slices.
