Best Green Protein Smoothie

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 scoop protein powder
  • 1 tablespoon almond butter
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
  • Ice cubes

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Rinse the spinach and chop the banana into smaller pieces.
  2. Start with spinach: Place the spinach in your blender first.
  3. Add in the banana: Toss the banana into the blender, followed by the protein powder and almond butter.
  4. Pour in the almond milk: This is where we’ll get that lovely, smooth texture.
  5. Sweeten it up (if you want): If you’re feeling a little sweet tooth coming on, add in that honey.
  6. Blend away: Secure that blender lid and give it a whirl!
