  • 1 pound Ground Beef
  • 1 cup Cheddar Cheese, shredded
  • 1 Onion, diced
  • 2 cloves Garlic, minced
  • 1 cup Beef Broth
  • 1 cup Vegetables (Peas and Carrots)
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  3. Add the diced onions and minced garlic to the browned beef.
  4. Incorporate the peas and carrots, cooking until warmed through.
  5. Pour in the beef broth and let it simmer until slightly thickened.
  6. Stir in the cheddar cheese until melted.
  7. Prepare your biscuit topping, using either homemade or store-bought dough.
  8. Assemble the pie by pouring the filling into a greased casserole dish and topping it with biscuit pieces.
  9. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until golden brown.
  10. Cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
