Biscuit Pizza Bomb Bake

A fun and easy snack combining the flavors of pizza wrapped in flaky biscuit dough.

Ingredients

  • Biscuits (homemade or store-bought)
  • Pepperoni (or turkey pepperoni/veggies)
  • Cheese (mozzarella, cheddar, or provolone)
  • Italian Seasoning
  • Marinara Sauce (for dipping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Combine pepperoni, cheese, and Italian seasoning in a mixing bowl.
  3. Flatten each biscuit slightly into a disc.
  4. Place a spoonful of the mixture in the center of each disc.
  5. Seal the edges tightly to create a pouch.
  6. Layer a baking sheet with parchment paper and space out the bombs.
  7. Bake for 15-18 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve with warm marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Remember not to overfill the biscuits to prevent them from bursting in the oven.
