Biscuit Taco Ring Bake

A fun and flavorful fusion of tacos and biscuits, perfect for gatherings or a cozy night in.

  • 1 can Biscuit Dough
  • 1 lb Ground Taco Meat
  • 2 cups shredded Cheese (Cheddar, Monterey Jack, or Vegan)
  • Optional Toppings: Sour cream, guacamole, salsa, chopped green onions

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the taco meat in a skillet over medium heat until fully cooked, draining any excess fat.
  3. Prepare the biscuit dough by separating each biscuit into two halves and flattening them.
  4. Assemble the biscuit halves in a circle on a greased baking sheet, overlapping slightly.
  5. Add the cooked taco meat onto the biscuit ring and top with shredded cheese.
  6. Fold the edges of each biscuit over the filling, pinching to seal.
  7. Bake for about 20-25 minutes until golden brown.
  8. Serve warm with optional toppings.
