Buffalo Ranch Biscuit Cups

  • 1 can Refrigerated Biscuit Dough
  • 2 cups Buffalo Chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup Ranch Dressing
  • 1 cup Shredded Cheese (cheddar or your favorite)
  • Green Onions (for garnish)
  • Buffalo Sauce (for drizzling)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Open the refrigerated biscuit dough and separate the dough into individual biscuits.
  3. Take a muffin tin and coat it with cooking spray or butter. Press each biscuit into the muffin cups.
  4. Mix your shredded buffalo chicken, ranch dressing, and half of the cheese in a bowl.
  5. Spoon the buffalo chicken mixture into the biscuit cups, filling them to the top.
  6. Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the filled biscuit cups.
  7. Place the muffin tin in the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Once done, let them cool for a few minutes. Drizzle with buffalo sauce and sprinkle with green onions before serving.

Notes

Feel free to customize fillings and toppings. These are great served with celery and carrot sticks for dipping.
