  • 1 cup Greek yogurt or cottage cheese
  • 2 scoops protein powder (vanilla or caramel)
  • 8 oz light cream cheese
  • Seasonal flavor ingredients (like cinnamon or vanilla extract)
  • Sweetener of your choice (honey, agave, or stevia)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 325°F (165°C) and grease an 8-inch springform pan.
  2. Combine the Greek yogurt (or cottage cheese), protein powder, and cream cheese in a mixing bowl and blend until smooth.
  3. Add your sweetener and seasonal flavor ingredients, adjusting to taste.
  4. Pour the mixture into the greased pan and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake for about 30-35 minutes, until the edges are set and the center is slightly jiggly.
  6. Cool the cheesecake inside the oven with the door cracked for about an hour.
  7. Refrigerate the cheesecake for at least 3 hours or overnight.
  8. Serve with a drizzle of caramel sauce and a sprinkle of crushed nuts or granola.
