Caramel Biscoff Cookie Butter Iced Latte

A creamy, dreamy caramel iced latte featuring Biscoff cookie butter, perfect for warm days.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup freshly brewed espresso or strong coffee
  • 1 cup milk or your favorite non-dairy milk
  • 2 tablespoons Biscoff cookie butter
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce (plus extra for drizzling)
  • Ice cubes (as needed)
  • Whipped cream (optional, for topping)

Instructions

  1. Brew a cup of your favorite espresso or strong coffee.
  2. Fill a tall glass about halfway with ice cubes.
  3. Combine the hot brewed coffee with the Biscoff cookie butter in a small mixing bowl. Stir until completely dissolved.
  4. Pour the Biscoff-coffee mixture over the ice-filled glass. Then, gently pour in the milk.
  5. Drizzle in the caramel sauce while gently stirring to create swirls of caramel.
  6. Add whipped cream on top and drizzle more caramel sauce.

Notes

For a twist, add cocoa powder for a mocha flavor or use chai tea instead of coffee.
