Cheeseburger Ramen Skillet

A quick and comforting dish that combines cheeseburgers with ramen for a delightful weeknight meal.

Ingredients

  • Ramen Noodles
  • Ground Beef
  • Cheddar Cheese
  • Onion, chopped
  • Garlic, minced
  • Ketchup
  • Mustard
  • Pickles, sliced or diced
  • Green Onions, for garnish

Instructions

  1. Prepare the Ramen Noodles by boiling water in a medium pot, adding the noodles, cooking for 3-4 minutes, draining, and setting aside.
  2. Cook the Ground Beef in a large skillet over medium-high heat for 5-7 minutes until browned, seasoning with salt and pepper.
  3. Add the Aromatics by pushing the beef to the side and sautéing onions and garlic for 2-3 minutes.
  4. Mix in the Sauces by combining beef, onions, garlic, ketchup, and mustard; simmer for 2 minutes.
  5. Combine with Ramen by tossing in the cooked noodles and mixing well.
  6. Cheesy Goodness by sprinkling cheese over the mixture, covering, and letting sit for 2-3 minutes until melted.
  7. Garnish and Enjoy by topping with pickles and green onions before serving hot.
