Crunchy Chicken Caesar Quesadillas

A delicious fusion of classic Caesar salad and crispy quesadillas, packed with fresh flavors and textures.

  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 4 large tortillas
  • 1/2 cup Caesar dressing
  • 1 cup romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 1/2 cup shredded parmesan cheese
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil or cooking spray

Instructions

  1. Gather your chicken, cheese, lettuce, and dressing. The more organized you are, the smoother your cooking experience will be!
  2. Combine your shredded chicken, chopped romaine, and Caesar dressing in a large bowl. Toss until everything is coated and flavorful.
  3. Heat a non-stick skillet on medium heat and add a splash of olive oil or spray with cooking oil.
  4. Lay one tortilla in the heated skillet, sprinkle half with shredded parmesan, and top with half of your chicken Caesar mixture. Fold the tortilla in half.
  5. Cook for about 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown and the cheese is melty.
  6. Slice the quesadilla into wedges and serve with extra Caesar dressing or sour cream.
