Churro Cheesecake Bars

A delicious mash-up of creamy cheesecake and cinnamon-sugar churros, these bars are sure to elevate your dessert game.

Ingredients

  • 2 (8 oz) packages cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 (8 oz) cans Pillsbury crescent dinner rolls
  • 1/2 cup granulated sugar (for topping)
  • 2 Tbsp ground cinnamon

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Beat the cream cheese and 1/2 cup sugar until smooth and creamy.
  3. Add the egg and vanilla extract; mix until well combined.
  4. Unroll the crescent dinner rolls and pinch the seams together.
  5. Lay half of the crescent dough in a greased 9×13 inch baking pan.
  6. Spread the cream cheese mixture evenly over the dough.
  7. Top with the remaining crescent dough, pinching seams together again.
  8. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar mixture.
  9. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden brown.
  10. Cool for 30 minutes and then slice into squares.

Notes

Dust with extra cinnamon sugar before serving. Great with whipped cream or vanilla ice cream.
