  • 1/2 cup ice cubes
  • Optional: 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon cocoa powder
  • Optional: 1 scoop protein powder
  • Optional: 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup

Instructions

  1. Prep your bananas: Peel the ripe bananas and break them into chunks.
  2. Add the peanut butter: Spoon in the peanut butter over the banana chunks.
  3. Pour in the milk: Add your milk of choice.
