No Bake Banana Pudding Cheesecake

This no bake banana pudding cheesecake is a creamy delight, layered with fresh bananas and Nilla Wafers, perfect for any occasion.

  • 1 package of cream cheese (8 oz), softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup heavy whipping cream
  • 1 package of instant vanilla pudding mix (3.4 oz)
  • 2 cups cold milk
  • 2 ripe bananas, sliced
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Nilla Wafers or graham crackers for crust
  • Additional Nilla Wafers or banana slices for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare the crust by crushing 2 cups of Nilla Wafers into fine crumbs.
  2. Mix the crust with ½ cup of melted butter and press it into a 9-inch springform pan.
  3. Make the cheesecake filling by beating the softened cream cheese and powdered sugar until smooth.
  4. Add the whipped cream into the cream cheese mixture and fold until just combined.
  5. Mix the instant vanilla pudding mix with cold milk until creamy, then fold into the cream cheese mixture.
  6. Layer the sliced bananas over the crust.
  7. Assemble the cheesecake by pouring the filling over the banana layer.
  8. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 4 hours, or overnight.
  9. Serve with additional banana slices and crushed Nilla Wafers on top.

Notes

Chill the cheesecake overnight for the best texture. Serve with whipped cream and a sprig of mint for presentation.
