No Bake Banana Pudding Pie with Vanilla Pudding

A delightful no-bake banana pudding pie that’s creamy, nostalgic, and perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

  • Instant Vanilla Pudding Mix: 2 (3.4 oz) packages
  • Milk: 2 cups
  • Cool Whip: 1 cup (8 oz)
  • Pre-Packaged Graham Cracker Pie Crust: 1
  • Bananas, sliced: 2-3

Instructions

  1. Prepare the pudding mixture: In a large mixing bowl, combine the instant vanilla pudding mix and 2 cups of cold milk. Whisk vigorously for about 2 minutes, or until the mixture thickens to a pudding-like consistency.
  2. Incorporate the Cool Whip: Gently fold in the Cool Whip until blended well and creamy.
  3. Layer the pie: Start by placing a layer of the pudding mixture at the bottom of the graham cracker pie crust. Add a layer of sliced bananas over the pudding. Repeat the process until you fill the crust.
  4. Chill: Cover the pie with plastic wrap and place it in the refrigerator for at least 180 minutes, or overnight for the best results.
  5. Serve and garnish: Slice the pie into generous portions. Garnish with more Cool Whip and banana slices if desired.

Notes

For a lighter version, substitute Cool Whip with stabilized homemade whipped cream. Customize with chocolate pudding for a chocolate twist, or add nuts for extra texture.
