Crispy Homemade Air Fryer Chicken Caesar Wraps

Enjoy the perfect crunch in every bite with these delightful chicken Caesar wraps made in the air fryer!

Ingredients

  • 2 Boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1/4 cup Light Caesar dressing
  • 1/4 cup Parmesan cheese, grated
  • 2 cups Romaine lettuce, chopped
  • 4 Whole grain wraps or tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon Olive oil
  • Salt and pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. Prepare your chicken by trimming any excess fat from the boneless skinless chicken breasts.
  2. Season your chicken with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
  3. Preheat your air fryer to 375°F (190°C) and cook the seasoned chicken for 15-20 minutes until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
  4. Slice the chicken into strips and toss with light Caesar dressing.
  5. Assemble the wrap with romaine lettuce, sliced chicken, and sprinkle of parmesan cheese.
  6. Slice the wrap in half and serve with extra Caesar dressing on the side.

Notes

For added crunch, serve with sweet potato fries or a fruit salad. Can be made ahead of time without dressing.
