Instructions

  1. Preheat the Oven: Start by preheating your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the Fries: Spread frozen fries in a single layer on a baking sheet or make fresh fries by washing, cutting, soaking, and drying the potatoes.
  3. Bake the Fries: Bake for 15–20 minutes, flipping halfway to crisp evenly.
  4. Bake the Falafel: Follow cooking instructions for frozen falafel or bake homemade falafel for about 20-25 minutes.
  5. Garlic Sauce Time: Mix together yogurt, minced garlic, lemon juice, and salt if making homemade garlic sauce.
  6. Assemble Your Dish: Plate the fries, top with baked falafel, and drizzle with garlic sauce.
