Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven according to the instructions on the French fry package. Spread the fries evenly on a baking sheet and bake until crispy.

  3. Gradually pour in the chicken broth while whisking continuously. Then stir in the heavy cream, bringing it to a gentle simmer.
  4. Stir in the shredded chicken and peas, allowing everything to simmer for an additional 5 minutes.
  5. Top the freshly baked fries with the creamy chicken mixture.
  6. Garnish with fresh herbs and serve immediately.
