Dill Pickle Cheeseburger Sliders

A delicious twist on classic cheeseburgers, these sliders combine juicy beef with tangy dill pickles for a crunchy and savory experience.

  • 1 pound Ground Beef (80/20)
  • ½ cup Dill Pickles, chopped
  • 12 small Slider Buns
  • 6 slices Cheese (preferably Cheddar or American)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Combine ground beef, chopped dill pickles, and a pinch of salt and pepper in a mixing bowl.
  3. Form the meat mixture into small patties, about 2 inches wide.
  4. Cook the patties on a grill or skillet over medium-high heat for about 3-4 minutes on each side.
  5. Add half a slice of cheese on each slider when the patties are almost done cooking.
  6. Toast the slider buns on a baking sheet in the oven for about 5 minutes.
  7. Assemble each toasted bun with a burger patty and melted cheese, topping with more diced pickles or ranch dressing, finishing with the top bun.

Notes

You can prepare the patties ahead of time and chill in the fridge. Cooked sliders can be frozen for up to 3 months.
