Garlic Bread Lasagna Nachos

A crunchy twist combining lasagna and garlic bread into a cheesy masterpiece.

Ingredients

  • Garlic Bread
  • Ricotta Cheese
  • Marinara Sauce
  • Mozzarella Cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C). If you’re using store-bought garlic bread, simply slice it into chip-sized pieces. If you’re making it from scratch, take your baguette, slice it, and brush each side with a mixture of softened butter, minced garlic, and a sprinkle of parsley. Pop it in the oven for about 10-12 minutes until golden and crispy.
  2. Combine ricotta cheese with freshly cracked pepper, a pinch of salt, and a handful of parmesan cheese in a medium bowl. Mix until creamy.
  3. Grab your crispy garlic bread chips and start layering. Spread some marinara sauce, dollop on the ricotta mixture, and shower with shredded mozzarella. Repeat to desired height.
  4. Place in the oven and bake for about 15-20 minutes until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  5. Once baked, remove from the oven and let cool for a few minutes. Top with fresh parsley or basil.

Notes

Adjust the sauce quantity to avoid sogginess. Experiment with different cheeses and toppings for variety.
