Tandoori Chicken Garlic Bread

  • 8 Hawaiian rolls
  • 2 cups cooked tandoori chicken
  • 1 cup cheese (Mozzarella or Cheddar)
  • 3 cloves garlic (minced)
  • 1/4 cup butter
  • 2 tablespoons parsley (for garnish)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Prep the Hawaiian rolls by slicing them in half horizontally, keeping them connected at the bottom.
  3. Make the garlic butter by mixing softened butter and minced garlic in a small bowl.
  4. Assemble the rolls by spreading garlic butter mixture over the cut sides.
  5. Layer cooked tandoori chicken onto the garlic buttered rolls, then sprinkle cheese on top.
  6. Add salt and pepper to taste.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes or until cheese is bubbly and golden brown.
  8. Garnish with chopped parsley before serving.
  9. Slice into individual servings and enjoy!
