Easy Crockpot BBQ Chicken

This easy slow-cooker BBQ chicken is a comforting dish that combines sweet and smoky flavors, perfect for weeknight dinners.

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 1/2 cups BBQ sauce
  • 1/4 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika

Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken by rinsing and drying it. Optionally slice them into thinner pieces for quicker cooking.
  2. Layer the chicken in the crockpot, pour over BBQ sauce and broth, drizzle Worcestershire sauce, and sprinkle smoked paprika.
  3. Set the crockpot on low for 6 to 8 hours or high for 3 to 4 hours.
  4. Shred the chicken with two forks once it’s cooked and enjoy the infused flavors.
  5. Serve the BBQ chicken over rice, on buns, or in salads for a delightful meal.
