Crockpot Ranch Chicken

A comforting Crockpot Ranch Chicken dish that’s creamy, tender, and bursting with flavor, perfect for busy weeks and cozy weekends.

  • 2 lbs chicken breasts
  • 1 ranch seasoning packet
  • 8 oz cream cheese
  • 1/2 cup chicken broth
  • 1 cup cheddar cheese
  • Bacon bits
  • Green onions

Instructions

  1. Prep the chicken by placing it in the bottom of the slow cooker and patting it dry with a paper towel.
  2. Add the ranch seasoning evenly over the chicken.
  3. Dump in the cream cheese, cutting it into cubes before adding.
  4. Pour in the chicken broth to keep the chicken juicy.
  5. Set the slow cooker to cook on low for 6 to 7 hours or on high for 3 to 4 hours.
  6. Add the cheddar cheese 30 minutes before serving for a melty finish.
  7. Finish with bacon bits and chopped green onions just before serving.

Notes

Great for meal prep; can be served over rice or mashed potatoes. Add jalapeños for a spicy twist.
