Dragon Fruit & Mango Smoothie Bowl

A vibrant and refreshing smoothie bowl made with dragon fruit and mango, perfect for breakfast or a snack.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup dragon fruit, chopped
  • 1 cup mango, chopped
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup coconut milk or yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey or agave syrup (optional)
  • Granola, for topping
  • Sliced fruits (kiwi, strawberries, or additional mango), for topping
  • Chia seeds, for topping
  • Coconut flakes, for topping

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by chopping the dragon fruit, mango, and banana.
  2. Blend the chopped dragon fruit, mango, and banana with the coconut milk (or yogurt). Add honey or agave, if using. Blend until smooth and creamy, scraping down the sides as needed.
  3. Taste your smoothie and add more honey or agave if desired, then blend again.
  4. Pour the smoothie mixture into a bowl (or two).
  5. Add your desired toppings, including granola, sliced fruits, chia seeds, and coconut flakes.

Notes

For a chilled smoothie, freeze the banana for an hour before using. Experiment with different toppings and variations for a fun twist!
