Dubai Strawberry Cups

Delightful strawberry cups filled with pistachio cream and topped with crunchy konafah for a sweet and refreshing treat.

Ingredients

  • 1 quart of strawberries, sliced
  • 1 jar (10.5 oz) of pistachio cream
  • 1 package (17.6 oz) of frozen konafah or kataifi dough
  • 2 tablespoons of salted butter
  • Salt to taste
  • Chocolate
  • Chopped pistachios

Instructions

  1. Prepare the strawberries by washing, removing tops, and slicing them. Set aside in a bowl.
  2. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Cut the konafah dough into small pieces.
  3. Melt the butter in a pan and coat the konafah with it.
  4. Bake the konafah on a baking sheet for 10-15 minutes until golden brown.
  5. Assemble the cups with layers of konafah, pistachio cream, and strawberries. Top with chocolate and chopped pistachios.
  6. Serve in individual dishes for a stunning presentation.

Notes

You can prepare strawberries and konafah ahead of time and assemble just before serving for freshness.
