Refreshing Green Juice

A super simple, refreshing, and delicious green juice recipe to invigorate your morning routine or jumpstart your day.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup leafy greens (spinach, kale, or Swiss chard)
  • 1/2 cucumber, chopped
  • 2 celery stalks, chopped
  • 1 green apple, cored and chopped (optional)
  • 1/2 lemon or lime, juiced (optional)
  • 1/2 inch fresh ginger (optional)
  • 1/2 cup water (if blending)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Gather all your ingredients and give them a good rinse.
  2. Chop and combine: Chop your cucumber, celery, and apple into smaller pieces.
  3. Blend it up: Add your chopped veggies and greens into a blender, along with lemon or lime juice, ginger, and water.
  4. Blend, blend, blend: Blend everything on high until it becomes a vibrant green smoothie.
  5. Strain (optional): Pour your mixture through a fine mesh strainer for a smoother juice.
  6. Taste and adjust: Take a sip and adjust sweetness or brightness as needed.
  7. Serve & enjoy: Pour your green juice into a glass and garnish as desired.
