  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup frozen mixed berries
  • 1 cup almond milk (or milk of choice)
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds (optional)
  • 1 tablespoon honey or maple syrup (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash your spinach thoroughly to remove any grit, then peel your banana. Freeze any fruits that you want to use if they’re fresh.
  2. Add the almond milk to your blender, followed by the spinach, banana, and frozen berries.
  3. Sprinkle in the chia seeds and drizzle honey or maple syrup if desired.
  4. Secure the lid and blend on high for about 30-60 seconds, or until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
  5. Taste your smoothie and adjust sweetness or creaminess as needed before blending again.
  6. Pour your smoothie into a glass and add toppings like granola or sliced strawberries if you like!

Notes
