  • 2 espresso shots
  • 3/4 cup milk
  • 2 tbsp whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Brew the Espresso: Start by brewing your espresso shots. If you’re using an espresso machine, just follow the manufacturer’s instructions. If you’re going with brewed coffee, make it a bit stronger than usual to ensure every sip is packed with flavor.
  2. Chill Out with Ice: In a tall glass, add a handful of ice. Fill that glass with as much or as little ice as you desire.
  3. Create the Caramel Base: Drizzle your caramel syrup over the ice. Reserve a little to drizzle on top later for a beautiful presentation.
  4. Pour the Espresso: Carefully pour your freshly brewed espresso shots over the ice and caramel.
  5. Add the Milk: Pour in the milk of your choice, adjusting the amount to suit your taste preferences.
  6. Top with Whipped Cream: If you’re using whipped cream, add a generous dollop right on top of your drink and drizzle more caramel syrup on top.
