French Fry Lasagna Skillet

A delicious fusion of crunchy French fries and cheesy lasagna, perfect for family dinners.

  • Frozen French Fries
  • 1 lb Ground Beef (or substitute with turkey or chicken)
  • 2 cups Marinara Sauce
  • 2 cups Cheese (Mozzarella or Cheddar)
  • 1 tsp Garlic Powder
  • 1 tbsp Italian Seasoning

Instructions

  1. Cook the ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat until it’s no longer pink, about 5-7 minutes. Drain any excess grease.
  2. Season it up by adding garlic powder and Italian seasoning to the beef, stirring for about 1 minute.
  3. Pour in the marinara sauce and stir until well combined. Let it simmer on low heat for about 5 minutes.
  4. Layer in the cheese on top of the beef and sauce mixture.
  5. Top it with French fries, spreading them evenly over the cheese layer.
  6. Bake in a preheated oven at 400°F (200°C) for about 20-25 minutes, until the fries are golden brown and the cheese is bubbly.

Notes

Allow cooling before serving, and garnish with fresh herbs for added flavor. For a crispy finish, bake fries beforehand.
