A delightful and refreshing watermelon slushy infused with rosemary, perfect for summer days.

  • 24.691 oz frozen watermelon cubes
  • 2 frozen bananas
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup unsweetened coconut water
  • 1 lime (zested and juiced)
  • 1 Tbsp fresh rosemary

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients by gathering everything and ensuring the frozen fruits are ready.
  2. Blend the frozen watermelon cubes and frozen bananas in a high-speed blender until soft.
  3. Add in the orange juice, coconut water, lime juice, and zest; blend until smooth.
  4. Infuse with fresh rosemary and pulse briefly to mix.
  5. Taste and adjust sweetness if necessary.
  6. Serve the slushy in cool glasses and garnish with rosemary.

Notes

For an extra kick, rim glasses with lime juice and dip in sea salt or sugar. You can also add fun straws for easy sipping.
