  • 120 ml freshly squeezed lemon juice (about 34 medium lemons)
  • 480 ml cold water (about 2 cups)
  • 6590 g granulated sugar (to taste)
  • 260360 g ice cubes (about 34 cups)
  • 240 ml lemon-lime soda or club soda (optional, about 1 cup)
  • Lemon slices (optional, for garnish)
  • Fresh strawberries (optional, for garnish)

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Gather all your ingredients and equipment.
  2. Blend the strawberries: Toss the frozen strawberries into your blender and blend for about 10-15 seconds.
  3. Add lemon juice and sugar: Pour in the lemon juice and sprinkle in your sugar, blending until mixed.
  4. Incorporate the water: Add the cold water and blend until smooth.
  5. Ice, ice, baby: Add ice and blend to your desired slushy thickness.
  6. Fizzy finish: Pour in lemon-lime soda or club soda and pulse gently to mix.
