  • 1/2 red onion (thinly sliced)
  • 1/2 cup Kalamata olives (pitted and sliced)

  • 1/4 cup fresh parsley (chopped)
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
