Ingredients

  • ½ avocado
  • 1 rib celery (chopped)
  • 2 ounces cucumber (peeled and chopped)
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk (or regular milk)
  • 1 tablespoon peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons freshly squeezed lemon juice

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: Wash kale leaves and chop celery and cucumber.
  2. Combine in a blender: Add kale, avocado, celery, cucumber, almond milk, peanut butter, and lemon juice.
