Grilled Peach & Burrata Salad

A refreshing summer salad featuring smoky grilled peaches, creamy burrata, and peppery arugula, drizzled with tangy balsamic glaze.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches
  • 4 ounces burrata cheese
  • 4 cups fresh arugula
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for grilling

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium heat.
  2. Prepare the peaches by washing and slicing them in half, removing the pit.
  3. Grill the peaches cut side down for about 4-5 minutes.
  4. Assemble the salad by placing fresh arugula in a large bowl.
  5. Add the grilled peach quarters and burrata on top of the arugula.
  6. Drizzle with balsamic glaze and sprinkle with salt and pepper.
  7. Serve immediately and enjoy!
