Grilled Peach Burrata Salad

A refreshing summer salad featuring grilled peaches, creamy burrata, and savory prosciutto, perfect for any gathering.

Ingredients

  • Burrata cheese
  • Prosciutto
  • Peaches
  • Cherries
  • Heirloom tomatoes
  • Fresh herbs (basil or mint)
  • Balsamic glaze
  • Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Prepare the peaches by washing and slicing them in half, discarding the pit.
  2. Preheat your grill over medium heat.
  3. Grill the peach halves cut-side down for 3-4 minutes, then flip and grill the skin side for another 2-3 minutes.
  4. Slice your heirloom tomatoes and pit the cherries while the peaches are grilling.
  5. Tear the prosciutto into bite-sized pieces.
  6. Assemble the salad by layering heirloom tomatoes, grilled peaches, cherries, prosciutto, and burrata.
  7. Drizzle with olive oil and balsamic glaze, then season with salt and pepper to taste.

Notes

For added crunch, top with toasted pine nuts or walnuts. Serve with crusty bread or grilled ciabatta.
