Grilled Peach Burrata Salad

A fresh and vibrant salad combining grilled peaches, creamy burrata, and peppery arugula, drizzled with balsamic reduction.

Ingredients

  • 2 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 4 cups arugula
  • 2 tbsp balsamic reduction
  • 1 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
  2. Slice the peaches in half and remove the pits.
  3. Brush the cut sides of the peaches with olive oil and place them cut side down on the grill.
  4. Grill for about 3-4 minutes or until caramelized.
  5. Toss the arugula with salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  6. Add the grilled peaches, sliced into wedges, on top of the arugula, followed by burrata.
  7. Drizzle with balsamic reduction and olive oil.
  8. Serve on chilled plates, garnished with extra peaches or basil if desired.
