Grilled Peach and Burrata Salad

A vibrant salad featuring juicy grilled peaches paired with creamy burrata cheese, perfect for summer.

  • 4 ripe peaches, halved and pitted
  • 8 oz burrata cheese
  • 4 cups mixed greens (arugula, spinach, or spring mix)
  • 1/4 cup balsamic glaze
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Olive oil for grilling
  • Optional: toasted nuts (like walnuts or pine nuts) for topping

Instructions

  1. Halve and pit the peaches using a sharp knife. Twist to separate the halves and remove the pit.
  2. Brush the cut sides of the peaches with olive oil.
  3. Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
  4. Place the peaches cut-side down on the grill for 4-5 minutes until caramelized.
  5. Prep the mixed greens in a large bowl and season with salt and pepper.
  6. Gently tear the burrata into chunks or leave it whole.
  7. Toss the grilled peaches on top of the greens, add the burrata, and drizzle with balsamic glaze.
  8. Sprinkle nuts over the top if using, and serve immediately.

Notes

Serve with additional balsamic glaze and fresh cracked pepper for the best experience.
