Crockpot Shredded Chicken

A simple and versatile recipe for tender shredded chicken made in a slow cooker, perfect for busy weeknights.

  • 2 lbs boneless skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 cup chicken broth
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep the Crockpot by spraying the inside with cooking spray.
  2. Add the chicken breasts to the bottom, laying them flat.
  3. Pour the chicken broth over the chicken.
  4. Season with garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
  5. Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours, or on high for 3-4 hours.
  6. Shred the chicken using two forks and mix it back with the juices.
  7. Taste and adjust seasoning as desired.
