Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • ½ apple (any variety)
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • 1 tablespoon honey (optional)

Instructions

  1. Prepare your ingredients by washing the spinach and chopping the apple.
  2. Add spinach to the blender at the bottom for better blending.
  3. Toss in the banana, broken into chunks.
  4. Follow with the apple, skin optional.
  5. Scoop in the Greek yogurt for creaminess.
  6. Pour in the almond milk, adjusting for thickness.
  7. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy.
  8. Taste and adjust sweetness with honey if desired.
