Iced Caramel Latte

A creamy and indulgent homemade iced caramel latte that can kickstart your day.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cold brewed coffee
  • ¼ cup half and half (or almond/oat milk for lighter option)
  • 2 tablespoons caramel sauce
  • Ice (preferably large cubes)
  • Whipped cream (optional)

Instructions

  1. Start with the Cold Brew: Combine your favorite ground coffee with cold water in a 1:4 ratio and let it steep in the fridge for at least 12 hours. Strain the mixture.
  2. Gather Your Ingredients: Assemble all your ingredients on the counter.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes.
  4. Pour in the cold brewed coffee over the ice, filling it about ¾ of the way.
  5. Add the half and half and stir if desired.
  6. Drizzle the caramel sauce generously over the drink.
  7. Add whipped cream on top for an indulgent finish.
  8. Sip and savor your cold caramel delight!

Notes

For variations, try adding cocoa powder for a mocha twist or seasonal spices like cinnamon for a chai-infused latte.
