Delicious Loaded Biscuit Tacos combine flaky biscuits with hearty taco filling for a fun twist on a classic dish.

Ingredients

  • Biscuits: Flaky buttermilk biscuits (store-bought or homemade)
  • Taco Meat: Ground beef, turkey, or black beans, seasoned with taco seasoning
  • Cheddar Cheese: Sharp cheddar, shredded
  • Toppings: Lettuce, diced tomatoes, avocado, jalapeños, salsa, sour cream

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C).
  2. Cook the taco meat by heating oil in a skillet, browning the protein, and adding taco seasoning and water.
  3. Bake the biscuits according to package instructions for 10–12 minutes.
  4. Assemble the tacos by slicing the biscuits in half and adding taco meat and cheese.
