Loaded Breakfast Nachos

A hearty and customizable breakfast dish featuring crispy tortilla chips topped with scrambled eggs, bacon, and melted cheese, perfect for starting your day.

Ingredients

  • Tortilla Chips
  • Eggs
  • Bacon
  • Cheese
  • Sour Cream (optional)
  • Jalapeños (optional)
  • Avocado (optional)
  • Salsa or Pico de Gallo (optional)
  • Green Onions (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Cook the bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy, about 8-10 minutes.
  3. Scramble the eggs in a separate bowl and whisk with salt and pepper. Pour into the same skillet and stir until set, about 3-4 minutes.
  4. Layer the tortilla chips on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Add the scrambled eggs and crumbled bacon on top, then sprinkle with shredded cheese.
  6. Bake for about 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
