Loaded Pickle Flatbread

A crunchy masterpiece topped with tangy pickles, creamy ranch, and melty mozzarella on a crispy naan base.

  • 1 naan (or pita/tortilla)
  • 1 cup pickles (dill or sweet, chopped)
  • 1/2 cup ranch dressing (or alternative dressing)
  • 1 cup mozzarella cheese (shredded)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
  2. Prepare the naan on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  3. Spread a generous amount of ranch dressing evenly over the naan.
  4. Layer the chopped pickles over the ranch-soaked naan.
  5. Sprinkle a generous handful of mozzarella cheese over the pickles.
  6. Bake for about 10-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbly and golden.
  7. Slice into triangles or squares and serve warm.
