Creamy Chicken Caesar Pasta Salad

  • 8 oz Pasta (rotini, penne, or fusilli)
  • 2 cups Grilled Chicken (tender grilled or rotisserie)
  • 4 cups Romaine Lettuce (freshly chopped)
  • 1 cup Caesar Dressing (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1 cup Croutons (store-bought or homemade)
  • 1/2 cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • Salt & Pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Cook the Pasta by boiling it in salted water until al dente, then drain and rinse under cold water.
  2. Prep the Chicken by seasoning it with salt and pepper, then grill or pan-sear until cooked through.
  3. Chop the Romaine Lettuce into medium-sized pieces.
  4. Combine the pasta, chicken, and romaine in a bowl, drizzle with Caesar dressing, and stir gently.
  5. Season to taste with salt and pepper, adjusting as necessary.
  6. Add the croutons and sprinkle Parmesan cheese over the salad.
  7. Serve in bowls or family-style on a large platter, garnishing with extra croutons or cheese.
