Taco Bell Chicken Quesadilla

A homemade version of the classic Taco Bell Chicken Quesadilla that’s crispy, cheesy, and full of flavor.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 4 large flour tortillas
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon taco seasoning
  • Sour cream and salsa for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine the shredded chicken with taco seasoning in a bowl.
  2. Heat a large skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
  3. Lay one tortilla flat, sprinkle half of the cheese, add the seasoned chicken, and then the remaining cheese before folding it over.
  4. Place the stuffed tortilla in the skillet and cook for about 3-4 minutes until golden brown, flipping carefully.
  5. Slice the quesadilla into triangles and serve with sour cream and salsa.

Notes

For extra flavor variations, try different cheeses, or add vegetables. Keep tortillas dry and avoid overfilling to prevent sogginess.
