Mini Crunch Wrap Sliders

Delightful mini versions of classic crunch wraps, perfect for parties or cozy nights in!

Ingredients

  • Small flour or corn tortillas
  • Ground beef or turkey
  • Shredded cheese (cheddar, Monterey Jack, or pepper jack)
  • Crisp romaine or butter lettuce
  • Diced tomatoes
  • Sour cream or Greek yogurt
  • Refried beans (or black beans)
  • Taco seasoning

Instructions

  1. Brown the meat by heating a skillet over medium heat and adding ground beef or turkey. Cook until browned and add taco seasoning and water, simmer for flavor.
  2. Prepare the fillings by chopping lettuce and dicing tomatoes.
  3. Assemble the wraps by laying out tortillas, spreading refried beans, adding seasoned meat, cheese, lettuce, tomatoes, and sour cream.
  4. Fold the edges of the tortilla towards the center and cook seam-side down in a skillet until golden and crispy.
  5. Serve by slicing in half and enjoy with sour cream or salsa on the side.

Notes

Keep the fillings manageable to avoid overstuffing. Garnish with cilantro or green onions for a vibrant presentation.
