Cheesy Chicken Quesadillas

  • 1 cup cooked chicken, shredded
  • 1 cup cheese (cheddar or mozzarella)
  • ½ cup béchamel sauce
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Prep your ingredients: gather and shred the cooked chicken, measure out your cheese, and have the béchamel sauce ready.
  2. Heat the pan: drizzle olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat until it glistens.
  3. Layer it up: place one tortilla in the pan, spread béchamel sauce on half, add shredded chicken and sprinkle cheese over the top.
